At Trading Card Games, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy.

This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unopened (if sealed products)
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened trading card packs or boxes
  • Digital products (if any)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Start a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us for assistance.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
